A member of the Creative Services team, the Video Production Specialist is responsible for creating video productions and audio/visual assets on a range of topics for all levels of audiences in the company, community, and state. The Video Production Specialist is the primary driver, working with stakeholders and creative and production resources to define, develop and coordinate the on-time completion of deliverables. Performs or coordinates all aspects of production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing and production for various types of video and digital content in support of company campaigns and initiatives.

Skills / Requirements

  1. Required Work Experience
  • 3 years of experience in all phases of video production, including shooting, editing, production coordination, and post-production for an agency, video production company, internal creative or marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience in all aspects of video creative development, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding and graphic recommendations
  1. Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, mass media, audio/video production, or related field or equitable level of professional experience
  1. Preferred Work Experience
    • 5 years of experience in video shooting, editing, production and post-production for an agency, production company, internal creative or marketing teams
