The position will implement Marketing discipline initiatives; including advertising, public relations, social media, internal and external communications, events, requests for proposals, market research, competitive intelligence, product management and development, and creative collateral in order to meet organizational objectives.

Level 1

  • Manage and Execute on marketing plans and deliverables in a timely fashion and with little oversight
  • Create marketing plan
  • Provide strategic recommendaitons and project manage marketing deliverables including but not limited to, direct mail, digital advertising, social media, video, OOH, event collateral, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder input and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams, internal marketing team members and external partners to make sure goals and objectives are accomplished.
  • Set up appropriate results tracking for campaigns.
  • Assure quality and accuracy of all deliverables and make sure they go through the popper Q&A process.
  • Manage the legal process for materials requiring submittal.

Level 2

  • Guide and develop marketing discipline tactics and initiatives.
  • Manage campaign reporting when needed and provide insights based on data.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on creative deliverables.
  • Work independently and manage programs from start to finish

  • Reference additional desk-level documentation for specific responsibilities by Marketing discipline

 

  • Each progressive level includes the ability to perform the essential functions of any lower levels.
  • The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
