This position is hybrid/remote within the state of AZ only.  This remote work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.

Purpose of the role:

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultation/liaison to the Prosano Health Solutions leadership and employees. The HRBP will provide advice and support aimed at building organizational health and people strategy for attraction, retention, and culture. The role will help to create, implement, and action these programs to support organizational success and maintain a "relationship first" culture of excellence.  

You Will:  

  • Collaborate with management to develop people strategies to align with growth, development, and annual talent review.
  • Enhance and strengthen the retention of key talent through succession planning and development, including the development and maintenance of training materials for new and existing staff, establishing performance goals and standards, and regular follow-up with staff.
  • Develop job descriptions and talent profile for each key position within Prosano Health along with a digital strategy that will support recruitment efforts.
  • Execute and support a full onboarding strategy and tasks that is both scalable and personal, meeting our "relationship first" culture of excellence goals.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to segment management/leadership and individual contributors.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day operations, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal and/or compliance department as needed/required.
  • Works closely with leadership to plan and implement change projects and strategies which help realize the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the organization.
  • Develop strong business relationships with management and care team in assisting to drive business results by developing and implementing HR strategies and solutions that support the short and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations, analyzing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Create and review action plans with management on the performance of individual contributors to develop innovative and creative approaches to success.
  • Develop and manage execution of organizational/employee communications to meet internal PHS needs.
  • Be an ambassador in the local community - building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners.
  • Other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business or human resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in organization development, human resources management, or related field
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • PHR/SPHR - Professional / Senior Professional in Human Resources
    • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP (SHRM Certified Professional / Senior Certified Professional)
  • Aptitude for detailed organization, multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage multiple priorities, set personal goals and work independently
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy
