The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager Digital Marketing and manage all marketing campaigns through digital channels that involve web projects on the company’s public website, AZBlue.com, and other company controlled websites. This position will execute clear, concise & comprehensible digital campaigns, deliver search engine optimized content, develop relationships with internal and external partners to execute marketing campaigns through digital channels and support Marketing segments in driving traffic to these sites. This position will ensure all workflows related to digital marketing campaigns and related reporting are high-quality, consistent and delivered on time with exceptional results.

ESSENTIAL job functions AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Level 1

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to accomplish goals and objectives

Level 2

  • Develop Digital Marketing strategies that optimizes tactics used to support Marketing driven web initiatives

ALL Levels

  • Coordinate on-time delivery of information and collaborate with teams to ensure digital marketing project success
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team, Website team, content owners, IT, digital agencies and other stakeholders to develop, maintain, diagnose and optimize company websites, ensuring page content, design and brand consistency achieve desired results
  • Work closely with Marketing Specialists and Email Marketing Specialists to ensure ensure traffic to company websites from email campaigns receive an exemplary user experience that drives audiences to take the desired action
  • Apply new and innovative growth strategies to digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, drive customer engagement and improve conversion rates
  • Be the web subject matter expert for Digital Marketing team and Marketing segments, providing advice and insight by monitoring best practices, competitive trends and optimization techniques
  • Support content approval workflows, systems entry, tracking and management of all web-related requests for Marketing department and Digital Marketing team
  • Provide insight and recommendations to web development issues and website content, including usability enhancements and effective keywords, phrases and header tags to improve search engine rankings
  • Support SEO and SEM performance; including developing action plans for achieving and measuring SEO success, determining key metrics and processes for measurement and optimization
  • Support tracking of functionality, reliability and website traffic, providing timely, regular reports summarizing website and campaign performance
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing driven campaigns on the web, assesses campaign success against goals (ROI and KPIs),
  • Regularly review and analyze performance related metrics of websites and web campaigns, with the ability to generate custom reports in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools
  • Under management guidance, manage vendor and digital agency relationships, including tracking budgeted spending
  • Regularly monitor website usability inlcuding page links, features and functions and conduct periodic audits of company controlled websites and competitor websites
  • Maintain regulatory compliance across all digital campaigns/channels
  • The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any overtime as requested or needed to perform job responsibilities.
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Special events and meetings require evening and/or weekend availability
  • Assist with other duties not detailed here to further enhance the success of the company’s marketing efforts
