We’re hiring a full-time, remote senior compensation analyst who can administer compensation for the organization. This position assists with the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of organizational compensation programs. Provides information, analysis, training, and support, as appropriate, to internal stakeholders in the application of compensation guidelines, procedures, and best practices.

Pay and Shifts:

Starting pay ranging from $71,500 to $104,000, with an additional 12% corporate bonus opportunity.

You Will:

  • Ensure competitive compensation practices to attract and retain talented employees by using information collected both externally and internally to evolve the organization’s pay structure.
  • Conduct market equity studies and review non-standard promotion and new hire recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and legislative trends by performing reviews of current trends and predicting future compensation trends to determine appropriate total rewards.
  • Assist in the overall delivery of key compensation cycle activities, including merit increases, incentive programs, and pay structure updates.
  • Provide analytical expertise in the design, development, and cost modeling of various compensation programs and incentives.
  • Work with compensation and the HR technical team to implement and manage Workday Advanced Compensation and Performance Management for a 2023 implementation.
  • Work with managers to provide off-cycle pay adjustments, exceptional service awards, and retention awards, and track spending against budget.
  • Participate in annual salary surveys, manage data from these surveys, and administer PayFactors market pricing tool using survey data and matches.
  • Counsel managers and employees on compliance requirements related to compensation policies and recommendations.
  • Use technology to streamline and drive processes. Work with business leaders and HR to create systems and processes designed to maximize productivity.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of compensation, business, or financial analysis experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional preferred
  • Expert skill in Excel (including v- and x-lookup, IF statements, statistical analysis), Intermediate skill in Word (mail merge, bookmarks, field codes), and intermediate skill with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred). Experience with PayFactors strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and business process design 
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage projects and competing deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of constituents
