This position is remote within the state of AZ only.  This remote work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.


Reporting directly to the Staff Vice President of Marketing, the Manager of Product Marketing, Transformation is responsible

for leading, establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market

opportunities, generate demand, and improve overall growth. They will work with the marketing team and agencies to execute

marketing strategies including advertising, public relations, direct marketing, internal and external communications, market

research, competitive intelligence, audience segmentation, sales education, and message development.

  • Experience launching new brands and large-scale campaigns in the Arizona market
  • Create marketing plans to include goals, messaging, target audience, strategy, tactics, timing, reporting and budget
  • Provide marketing strategic leadership and guidance to the marketing support team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products and services, sales strategy, and goals
  • Provide support on brand campaigns. New campaigns as well as reinforcing and infusing the brand into tactics across the board in multiple channels. 
  • Manage all marketing channels including advertising, collateral, direct marketing websites, and other channels to educate, sell and retain members, prospects, brokers and employers
  • Identify primary and secondary research needed to understand consumer audience attitudes, behaviors, barriers and perceptions related to the sale and utilization of products and services
  • Identify target audience profiles to reach optimal audiences for product/sales strategy
  • Develop key messages, creative briefs and other brand documentation to inform communications strategy
  • Recommend marketing budget allocation and manage spend expectations based on approved budgets
  • Set campaign KPIs and benchmarks, identify tracking requirements and report on performance as needed to meet established benchmarks
  • Prepare tactical campaign work plans to ensure timeliness and accountability of campaign implementation
  • Assign tasks and supervise internal and external resources to execute marketing campaigns 
  • Engage stakeholders for feedback and approval of all marketing communications and strategies
  • The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
