PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Senior Program Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and supports the digital, experience and IT leaders in

essential activities of BCBSAZ’s digital strategy, planning, operations support, and metrics surrounding digital implementation,

budget, and return metrics. This important role analyzes data, creates meaningful recommendations, and advises on

programs and initiatives to ensure cohesive fit with objectives and strategy, fit with digital future state and with the customer

voice driving all recommendations.

· 7 years of experience in brand research, market research, or similar

· 5 years of experience in marketing field management experience, including major project development

· 3 years of experience in project development

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as resource and advisor to CMO and CMO direct reports to stand up and launch digital initiatives driven by consumer research data and internal experience metrics. · Develop, own, monitor, and support digital metrics and create recommended action plans for business leaders. · Supports the development and of new and existing digital metrics and sustainable reporting to support data-driven decisions. · Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications. · Align internal and external resources as needed. · Ensure that the digital strategic plan is aligned with customer-driven decisions and plans based on research. · Work with business partners internally and externally to develop and monitor digital solutions to ensure business goals are met. · Oversee digital projects of high importance, coordinate strategic business initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and serve as liaison with BCBSAZ leaders as projects are guided to completion. · Unite and rally people and teams around digital metrics, ensuring that internal client relationships and external vendor relationships are developed, maintained and effectively managed, including proactive communications so all team members are informed and feel connected. · Assist and communicate with executives and leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. · Help define new initiatives, strategies and operational improvements to uplift digital projects and brand experience.

OVERALL

· The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any

additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
